Connecting Nonprofits to Resources to Help Them Succeed
Here at the Community Foundation, we understand that strong nonprofits help the entire region to thrive. In addition to providing potential funding for your organization, we are here to help connect you with resources in our community to help nonprofits succeed.

Grant recipients, as part of accepting the award, are required to complete a report within one year of receipt of the grant. (For grants awarded before 7.1.2022)
Media Relations Packet: As a grantee, your organization is one of the Bay Area Community Foundation’s valued partners. We want to promote the successes of this community and help your organization achieve its goals. As a part of that, we wish to share your grant impact stories. We also request that you provide a public announcement of your grant as outlined in your grant agreement. Please take a moment to read through our guidelines and contact our communications or program officer with any questions. We can’t wait to tell your story!
