The Imagination Library, originally established by Dolly Parton and in conjunction with Bay-Arenac ISD, provides all children in Arenac and Bay counties–ages birth to five-years-old–one book a month for sixty months. This fund was established to help support this program as our community grows so that all children in Bay and Arenac counties can continue to receive an age-appropriate book each month.
